True meaning of "conveys to two second-rounders"

Dear CBA gods,

this came up in our fantasy league:

When a trade says e.g. "2023 top-5 protected first-rounder, conveys to two second-rounders", does it mean:
a) 2023 & 2024 second-rounders are untradeable until resolved,
b) 2024 & 2025 second-rounders are untradeable until resolved, or
c) if and when resolved, they just give away the two earliest own second-rounders still available?

The 2 seconds the protected first converts into are specified which year, so there's no confusion.

They are un-tradeable until resolved
