New CBA is probably still being written (which means exact wording, and details, are still being navigated). Once that done, it gets ratified. Then some time later a copy of it will emerge. Until we see it, these details are impossible to provide.

The old CBA is in effect until June 30, and the new starts July 1, but business will be held up until teams know what they will be dealing with going forward.
