Earning username changes depending on how long ?

I was thinking, I have had the urge to change my username a few times, but the thing that has been stopping me is the fact that this would be my last username change, I was wondering if there was anyway you could earn another one down the road? I only ask because I do not want to have an irrelevant username in a few years when I do plan to still post here.

If there is no way of earning another name change, I was thinking of maybe making a way you could earn more name changes is based off years that you've been here? I think every 3 years maybe that you're here, you earn a username change?

So essentially someone who's been here since '03 would have the original username + 2 name changes + 3 more name changes?

I only thought of this because I feel as though after the final username, you better make sure its something that can be relevant forever otherwise it might not make sense anymore, and I figured 3 years is enough time for someone to earn a username change? I don't know just throwing the idea out there.
