RealGM awards? "RealGMys"

I think there should be board awards at the end of the season for each respective board. There will be nominations and votes for each award. Best thread, Best post, Best poster, Best moderator. Winner of the votes wins a RealGMy. Any thoughts on my suggestion?

The Lakers board already does this as well as other boards.

Some Forums already do their own awards but Mass Dispatch very well might explore something.
