What are And1's?

I'm still learning my way through the boards features but I can't find anything on And 1s. I did a search but the results do not give much info. I have three And 1s and I don't know what they are.

It's basically our 'like' system. If you agree with a post, you can give them an And1 instead of replying to say that you agree with them.

Were always open to adjustments but have no plans to add an anti-AND 1 anytime soon.

When you get to 1000 And1s, you can redeem them for bitcoin.
