Any chance San Antonio trades up? 1st for 4th and 8th?

To pick who? I think they’re using the 2 they have.

I like the 2 Frenchman, Topic, Holland, and Knect. Shifty Kentucky guard looks like his offense will translate well, but like many players I don’t see the star upside.

1. Absolutely brutal that the Pistons don't get a top 4 pick. That's a huge bummer for them.

It was about 50/50 that they would get or not get a top 4 pick so it’s not that heartbreaking imo.

Also the major reason people keep saying this draft is weak is specifically that the very top of the draft has much less exciting prospects that normal, so this is one of the better years to fall out of the top 3-4.

Trade up to get the French dude who plays SF. Give Wembya someone he knows…draft so weak doubt they want two top 10 picks

Sarr is French too. They can pick Risacher or Sarr at 4, and another Frenchman Tidjane Salaun at 8. Then they can draft the other French dude left Pacome Dadiet with their second round pick.

2. Hawks get the Number 1 - I am very curious to see what they do with it. My initial thought is maybe they work that into a trade to break up their back court. It seems like one of either Young or Murray is on the way out, this could increase their return in that type of deal. Seems like a bit lighter draft than other years so not sure how that works into their off season plans. Should be interesting.

Before this lottery they have already been heavily rumored or speculated or whatever you may call it on trading Murray or Trae so I don't this affects their thinking on that at all. All this does is make them look at more extensive scenarios that they can take
