Rubio's Offseason Training Includes Mountain Biking, Kayaking

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Tue Aug 20, 2013 7:51 pm

Ricky Rubio played in 57 games last season coming back from a torn ACL.

Rubio will participate in EuroBasket for Spain.

"Ricky has been training hard," said Flip Saunders. "He hasn’t been locked away, not answering phone calls and hiding from everyone like Pek (Nikola Pekovic). He’s doing more cross-training, going on 25-mile bike rides into the mountains around Barcelona and getting out kayaking on the ocean."

Cross-training is legit.........until you hurt yourself mountain biking!

He will be in beast mode when he's on the court though. Love watching him play!

Is there anybody in the NBA more adorable than Ricky?

Who would win in a cute-off, Ricky Rubio or Hello Kitty?

Personally, I'd rather he be in the gym working on some kind of outside shot...
