It easy to play 82 games when you have to bang bodies with Craig Ehlo and Tim Legler. Its becomes an issue when you have to bang bodies with Ron Artest and Tony Allen.
Jordan needs to STFU.
Pffft... Come back when you've got a better excuse. Ever heard of Charles Oakley and Dennis Rodman?
Grow a pair. Oh and haven't you heard? Ron Artest is in China, fool.
How often did Oakley guard Jordan ?
Lebron was asked to defend David West, Pau Gasol and a bunch of other PF's.
_________
Dirk already played 16 seasons (although it's true that he doesn't play both sides of the ball as well, while Jordan played both D and O) and played for his country in all international competitions. Lebron was asked to guard PFs and Cs and has already played in 3 olympics and one FIBA championship.
Add to this the international exhibition games, how much time players have to devote to the media these days, and you might start to understand how much more difficult it is for players these days to find some time to recover and give their bodies time to heal.
The number of Lebron apologist is growing. All these excuses to make their "King" look tough... "He didn't guard this guy and this guy didn't guard him"... First of all, Jordan is a 6' 6" guard, guarding big men in the paint is not his job. Second, Lebron is much bigger than MJ and maybe physically stronger too. So the fact that he's complaining about the number of minutes he plays and how much it takes a tole on him is mind boggling. If he believes 82 games is too much for him to handle, sit games out and let your team play it out for you.

Time to recover, media time... wtf?!? Seriosly? You're talking about media time. Not the game, not the game that he loves to play. Media time!... seriously???
They play 82 games out of the year, plus practices... That's 9 short months out of the year, considering they don't play every single day of the season. Olympics is every 4 years, FIBA world cup is every 4 years—alternating with the summer Olympics. The rest of their lives is spent partying and making money off endorsements. Tell me exactly how hard their lives are. Yet, Lebron believes they deserve more money. More money and less working hours. Amazing. Coming from the best basketball player in the league. I'm sure there are guys on the bench who would be more than happy to take on his minutes. Lebron needs to stop being a btch and man up. I expected more from Dirk too.
