The Atlanta Hawks have requested waivers on Lamar Patterson

The team and Patterson agreed to his release to allow Patterson to address a personal matter.

Patterson was signed after the trade deadline.

I'm glad to see this guy didn't take the Derrick Rose approach and just disappear. I hope his personal issue is dealt with and we see him back in the league soon.
