LA Clippers star Kawhi Leonard will miss Game 1 of the first round against the Dallas Mavericks. Leonard is dealing with inflammation in his surgically repaired right knee.
Clippers coach Ty Lue said on Saturday that Leonard had progressed to do shooting work, but hadn't taken part in a contact practice. Lue and several LA players said that they hope Leonard will play at some point during the first round.
Game 2 in Los Angeles is on Tuesday, April 23.
