The Toronto Blue Jays have emerged as the front-runner to sign Jose Bautista and he's believed to be nearing a deal with the club, according to sources.
There are still several details to be worked out and Bautista must pass a physical before any agreement becomes official.
After missing out on Edwin Encarnacion and Dexter Fowler, the Blue Jays circled back to Bautista.
