Tee Higgins is seeking a deal similar to the three-year, $70 million deal Michael Pittman, Jr. received from the Indianapolis Colts, according to a report.
It has been reported that the Cincinnati Bengals haven\'t come close to the $20 million-per-year range for Higgins.
The wide receiver is slated to play under the franchise tag that would pay him $21.816 million.
