Kings forward Dustin Brown has been suspended for two games, without pay, for elbowing Wild forward Jason Pominville on Tuesday, April 23, the NHL’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
Under the terms of the CBA, and based on his average annual salary, Brown will forfeit $34,324.32. The money goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
The incident occurred at 10:04 of the second period. No penalty was assessed on the play.
