What grade do you give the 76ers for their trade of Holiday for Noel and a 2014 pick?

Re: What grade do you give the 76ers for their trade of Holi
Obviously it's tough to grade these types of deals when one of the pieces is coming off a horrific injury and won't play the first couple months of the season and another piece is a draft pick to be determined by a team's play, but I have to give it a A on the 76ers end. Obviously most will think my opinion is biased, but let's look at the facts.
First off, the 2014 draft class is loaded. Not only do the 76ers get the Pelicans' (most likely to be) lottery choice in next year's draft, but this trade deals their best player meaning less wins and meaning a higher pick of their own in 2014. That's possibly a top 3 pick along with another lottery choice in a stacked class.
Also let's look at Noel. He dropped to the sixth pick meaning he will make less money from the start. Snagging the top prospect for less than what other team's would have paid had he gone number 1 as projected is a bit of a steal.
Finally, Sixers fans loved Jrue Holiday. He is a blossoming 23 year old who made his first All-Star game this season and is showing a ton of promise. However, he was no Allen Iverson who would have made this team a contender on his own in a couple years. The Sixers had him for the next 4 seasons at a nice contract, but for what they had to give up doesn't equal to the potential of Noel and their 2014 first rounder along with some cap space flexibility.
Gotta be an A.
