This shouldn't even be close. Clippers added Paul Pierce, Lance Stephenson and Josh Smith without giving up a core guy or trading away the future. They retained DeAndre Jordan, arguably the best defensive center in the league. Also added nice depth in Wes Johnson and Cole Aldrich, while resigning an up and coming Rivers

Warriors - Shed Lee to save money by getting Wallace, then Thompson
Suns - Got Chandler... but gave up Marcus Morris to do it and pissed off Kieff in the process, worsening their image as yet ANOTHER player is complaining about the Suns front office
Lakers - Added Russell but added no big free agents. Overpaid for Lou Will
Kings - LOL. Self-explanatory.
