http://www.orlandocitysc.com/tickets/season-tickets

Looks like the prices will range between 20-92 bucks based on the season ticket pricing. Might be a little different, but that's what's to be expected. Doesn't sound that bad when I now have to spend 15 bucks at Firehouse or 5 guys burger. Entertainment and food just ain't cheap anymore

Orlando City has already sold 10,000 season tickets for this season, and I believe they are hoping for close to 14,000 by game one.

They are also expecting close to 60,000 in attendance for the first game. That may be a stretch, but it could happen.

As for prices season tickets range from just 400 bucks, up to 1,800. The most expensive seats are 92 bucks a game.

Anything over 10k season tickets sold is a success. Impressive. Rock on! Do they have $10 seats?

I believe 20 is the cheapest.

Maybe less for the home opener if they hope to get 60,000.

There will be cheap tickets for the first game, maybe even free. I wish them luck getting 60k but you never know. I will be there in 129.

Carlos Rivas and Patterson from Ireland are officially signed. Higuita is expected to be signed today as well.

OCSC is planning some cool events for the week leading up to the first game. Go to their site and check it out.

Rivas seems like a promising talent. Speedy guy from the wings, hope he has a significant impact on the team. Don't know much about Higuita other than he has a legendary last name lol.

I'll be there on the 8th too, but they haven't put out the single game tickets yet so I gotto wait to confirm

OCS should do quite well. I am originally from Toronto and with all of the ethnic diversity there is so much support for Toronto FC. Our South American demographic is very strong here in Orlando as well as Carribean. I see this team doing well over the long haul. Additionally with all of the youth soccer and select clubs in town middle class families will do well at doing the season ticket holder run vs basketball where there are so many games.

Hispanic fan base is usually not very generous, see the Marlins, but if the team plays decently and signs a few recognizable south American stars, the fan base will show up.

I made a more minimalistic background than offered on the OC website.

Let me know if you need a different resolution.

They are organizing a 5K to promote the game. The 5K is called run to the game or something like that and whoever registers gets a free ticket.

Soccer Capital of the South? Expansion club Orlando City surpass 11,000 season ticket holders

Scarcely a week after announcing that former Major League Baseball star Ken Griffey, Jr. had become the club’s 10,000th season ticket holder, Orlando City SC hit another milestone on Monday, with the club revealing they have surpassed 11,000 season tickets for their inaugural season.

“The rapid increase in sales shows the growing demand of our passionate fans as the home opener rapidly approaches,” Orlando City founder and president Phil Rawlins (pictured) said in a statement. “To be only a few thousand tickets away from our goal several weeks before the start of the season further validates why Orlando is the ‘Soccer Capital of the South.’”

Orlando have broken ground on a soccer-specific stadium that will open in 2016 and will play this season at the 65,000-seat Orlando Citrus Bowl. Orlando will open their expansion season on Sunday, March 8, when they host fellow first-year side New York City FC at 5 pm ET on ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes.

Does anyone know if single game tickets are on sale yet? I'm looking to go to the opener but I don't want to spend too much ($20-30 per ticket).

They are not available yet, as OCSC is still trying to sell as many season ticket packages as possible.

I'm guessing they will be available before the end of this month though.

How well do you think OCSC will do this season?

I think they should try and take a run at the US Open Cup as their first MLS season may end up being too much for them.

Getting into Champions League in their first MLS season would be an amazing result for them.

MLS playoffs is the goal but I think that will prove a little too tough for year one. I expect the team to be very good and a tough out for any team but there will have to be growing pains. We will be in playoff contention I think but it could go either way, we have so many new guys it's hard to even get a feeling for it. There are some very good to great players on OCSC, it will be determined how well it all comes together. Having Adrian at the helm will help a lot.

Which guys are you most looking forward to seeing?

And where do you think the teams biggest weakness lies? Forwards? Defense? Coaching?
