Edey ran faster than Clingan and almost beat Sarr too.

Everything the Wizards need is someone who can run their offense into the future.

Tyus Jones is entering free agency unrestricted.

They should take Topic #2 and not look back.

The Wiz haven't had size in years, except for the random Porzingis season. They can manage another year of tanking and get their lead ball handler next draft
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

If you can secure court vision like Topic's you have to grab it. 1) Court vision translates and helps slow down the game sooner for prospects 2) other teams at the top of drafts compete for and position for it.

Holland is not first here. And he's been branded a supreme athlete.

Edey had a very good combine.

He's huge, at least has some shooting ability and he's a pretty solid athlete too, despite assumptions about him being too slow for the NBA.

I don't see a compelling reason why he shouldn't be ranked above Clingan.

Reaction time is required for optimization of athleticism. Instincts matter.

Extremely productive giants who have played at high levels shouldn’t be overlooked because they can’t do everything like a small forward. If Mark is at all iffy we should be looking closely at Clingan or Edey.
I don’t want a project who can’t shoot, we did that already with MKG.

Did MKG ever run offense as a point guard or combo guard?

No.

MKG was one-dimensional on offense. Once the ball reached him, a possession wasn't going to progress. The bigger positions demand more playmaking these days. MKG had no shot, but he also had no clue what to do with the ball in his hands but straight-line drive. He couldn't dribble in traffic nor distribute.

It's a totally flawed comparison that's starting to sound more like a smear.

All you need to know about Edey vs Clingan is this. Edey averaged 25 and 12 last year. Clingan averaged 13 and 7.5. We can say Clingan was younger, ect. There are no excuses that bridge the gap between 25/12 and 13/7.5

UConn is sending all 5 starters to the NBA from this referenced season.

How many is Purdue sending?

Anthony Davis only averaged 14/10, Embiid averaged 11/8.

by this logic Edey will be top 10 player lol.

Flawless Logic going on here.

Yeah and a bunch of those guys are 5th year Seniors. Take Clingan off UCONN and add Edey and they would be even better.

Here are Edey highlights from 6 consecutive games in the Tourney. Most prospects don't have a highlight reel this compelling from the whole season.

Edey is one of the monsters from Space Jam 1. He carried those other guys on Purdue. He elevated a program to the national championship game.

When Bub Carrington turns out to be a better player than a lot of the guards drafted ahead of him, don’t be surprised:
