This is the year to fall in the lotto, so I'm not too tore up over it. I think each team's draft board is going to look wildly different, so we may still get one of our top choices even at 6.

Spurs get 2 picks in the top 8, the league wants them back in the play offs

as long as the Hornets make the right pick, it won't matter at what slot it is. (I know, I know)

Better re-sign Miles for sure, cause no draft pick at 6 is coming to help us immediately.

I just fear we will make a bad choice there. Much more of a wild card at 6.

Spurs must be the NEW darling of the NBA. #1 last year, now 4th and 8th. Despise those overly lucky jacks. And of course Hawks with #1, jumping from skid row up to the top.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Honestly now that I’ve calmed down I’m not that mad. I have big questions about all of the top 3 prospects. A guy like Sheppard or Matas as a top 5 pick makes me laugh.

We’ll get at least one of our guys, I’m sure.

1. Atlanta - Sarr

2. Washington - Topic

3. Houston - Risacher

4. San Antonio - Sheppard

5. Detroit - Buzelis

6. Charlotte - Castle

I'm not real worked up about it, would rather use our lotto luck in a draft with higher upside players.

Between Sheppard, Dillingham, Clingan, and Castle, and maybe Holland if we're lucky, I won't hate our options at 6.

Do NOT want Reed Sheppard. He’s just too small and will not be able to guard at an NBA level. Buzelis is a real possibility here, Castle also. If the anointed Spurs don’t take Topic he could be here. Do not want Dillingham.

Yeah Reed is my one red flag prospect. Everyone else I can live with or get excited for.

I will give him credit, shooting 50/50/80 is crazy.

Clingan is being touted as top 5 (even #1 by one) so would be very happy if he’s still there. Gives us an option if their internal concerns over Mark remain an issue.
