Man I hope he can play ball. He's an intriguing guy, definitely worth watching some games.

If I visit for a home game will you guys show up?

First offensive move Biyombo needs to develop is a Sky Hook, this dudes arm length is unreal

What does the Bobcats front court look like? Will Biyombo see big minutes in his rookie year?

And Tyrus as the SF, with Hendo at SG and Diaw as PG.

congrats guys, I wanted Bismack for my team at #5. His potential on the defensive end is sky high.

"The Business" awaits his office in the paint via Charlotte, NC.

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

Looking forward to seeing this guy in the league. He will probably be terrible at first, so he will help Chos vision to make you guys the worst team in the league too :D I'm sure he will turn out at least decent long run though :P

i think the only reason he was chosen at 7 and not 9 is that the bobcats assumed detroit was going to grab him and decided it was worth it to just take whomever between kemba and knight at 9.

bottom line for me is that biyombo has the kind of tools and potential that is worth taking a chance on at this point in the draft. the information confirming he is 18 seems to be pretty legit to me. he is a thoughtful young man who clearly has long seen basketball as the center of his life and his ticket to being where he wants to be. i think he can be an asset defensively very very quickly, assuming he learns how to divvy out fouls conservatively. offensively, he has a massive spectrum of possibility, with a ceiling being somewhere around dwight howard with elements of amare's game, and a floor being somewhere around gana diop.

i'd rather take a chance on a player who, even if he never refines his game, has the quickness, strength and leaping ability to keep up with any athlete in the NBA, than an athlete whose athleticism will always be the thing holding him back from greatness.

It's pretty obvious this is what they did, and I love it !

Welcome Biyombo, I'm sure you'll be able to bring the swat action, and hopefully you'll be able to develop a nice array of offensive moves. It'll be great seeing you developp anyway that's for sure.

Just rebound and intimidate in the middle. And the occasional put back will be welcomed. And I will be happy.
