Thanks Fat, I'm all right, I have enjoyed my time on this board and the little community we have here and will continue to lurk at times just won't be as regular as I used to be.

And go Biz, gonna root for you! :D

Everyone's salary and roster is now up to date on the google doc.

The only thing that hasn't changed is the salary length. That changes after free agency.

To get a look at the available free agents you can goto the ESPN site and click players. It has everyone that is not on a team currently. Those players minus the RFAs will be the players available for the Free Agency Draft.

Also remember you have 15 roster spots. That is the max.

Free Agent budget has been minimized to 37 for the year. This coincides with the move of dropping the cap. The same method to get player salaries down was the same method of determining the free agent money.

i think the ESPN site still has the guys who were on 1 year deals listed with their old teams rather than FAs. is that correct?

The only ones that are on rosters are the restricted guys. The rest should be in the players pool on the site.

Also I want to apologize to Blackout. Apparently I had not added Jabari to his salary, I just did that.

OK good, I don't know what happened, because I thought I was losing my mind. I knew I had added him, no clue what happened with that.

am i missing something? when i check the players tab it still shows my free agents as connected to my team. for example, bogut, parsons and rubio were all on 1 year deals so they should be FAs now, but they all still say "WS" for White Shadow next to their name in the status type column, rather than FA.

Are you looking at this years or last years league? it should have an option to look at both. If you goto the league home page does it have a tab that says 2015 and 2014?

In a dramatic move Team Sachmo has been moved to another city and taken on a new name and logo.

Introducing Agent of Diop.

can I rule out Paul George for the year and not be allowed to play him even if he miraculously comes back?

I would like to get the injury cap money prior to free agent.

his posturing about the playoffs is just crap.

I'll leave this up to the league and see what they think.

Season starts next week.

When will be the best time for everyone to do the free agent draft that will be run through ESPN?

Pacers won't even make the playoffs, so I think it's BS. Doubt PG plays this year.

My preference would be 10:00PM or later on any day of the week or anytime really on Friday-Sunday, but I can really do it whenever except 4:00-8:30PM Mon-Thurs.

How exactly does the free agent draft work?

i would prefer not to do the draft on Tuesday or Thursday, unless we did it at 10PM. I cant do it earlier than 8PM on any night.

It is a typical auction draft run through ESPN.

Just how you would do a football draft.

I will have all players added to rosters and have the budgets corrected for each team once the RFA ends tomorrow. Each team will have a different budget and different amount of players. So it will be interesting to see what strategies teams employ. With roster spots being so small, I wouldn't think it would take that long either.

Never done fantasy football, so I guess it will be a fun experience.

ESPN fantasy basketball site has free practice auction drafts. I would recommend doing one as practice, just to get a feel for it.
