That was such bull. .1 second left on the clock. Its humanly impossible to get a shot off in that amount of time. I don't care if its a tip or whatever. I forgot all about that game and it pisses me off to think about it. That was what? 7 or 8 years ago?

Wow. Sixers lost by 51 points to the Spurs 119-68. And that's with Duncan, Kawhi and Manu not playing. It's gotta suck being a Sixer's fan.

Miami and Chicago both dropped close games. 8 eastern conference teams now have 12 or 13 wins.

Just saw these highlights on NBATV. Some absolute nobody Euro center destroyed the Sixers. Who the hell was that guy? He looked like a healthy Pekovic back when he burst on the scene a few years back.

In the least shocking news of the day, reports say Clippers trying to trade Lance and Josh but not finding much interest.

That's Boban Marjanovic. He's basically a 7'3 Gheorghe Muresan. Has soft hands, has a decent hand-eye coordination and does understand the game, yet is so big that he just has a lumbering quality to him. Fits the European game somewhat better and dominated in the Euroleague last year. Set a new record for double doubles in one season.

Will be interesting to see how he fits in today's game (Wiz have such injury problems and Gortat's gone back home to Poland that they just played more than half of a game I watched with Jared Dudley or Otto Porter as their center. they had freaking line-ups of Wall/Sessions/Beal/Neal/Dudley or Porter). I think he should be good as a 20mpg destroyer off the bench who just out-sizes your backups. Not sure whether his lack of mobility allows him to be a starter.

plus, you must have seen him in our game at San Antone

I saw that too. I'm still wondering how he has been in the league for over 4 years and hasn't scored over 15 points not one time.

I live fairly close to Boston and let's just say the people there aren't the friendliest in the world. Always in a bad mood and talking sh*t constantly like they can't be touched. Not to mention infamous for racism against black people. A few bar fights and speeding doesn't make someone a trashy human at all. Let's not act like we weren't teenagers once.

It's a good head start to becoming one.

I love everything about this.

First, Morris can take about another 4 seconds off before shooting, basically leaving 2-3 seconds for the Grizzlies to react. He inexplicably shoots too early, leaving plenty of time for the Grizzlies to get down the court and get a decent shot.

BUT WAIT!!! Matt Barnes gets the ball. He's gonna try to outstupid Morris by shooting a half court shot with several seconds left! BUT HE FAILS!!! The shot falls anyway, but there's still somehow a second left.

Just beautiful, knucklehead basketball.

Boston is going to beat GS tonight. No Barnes, Klay either out or playing on a badly injured ankle, Boston can play small + plus god wants to punish me by having to listen to Simmons cream about the celtics on twitter.
