I've really enjoyed watching Thornwell. Sign me up. Honestly, can we get another second rounder?!

Heels are having a meltdown. I've been watching this game for 30 minutes and I think I've seen them score twice.

Being tall and good at rebounds can only take you so far, right?

This #1 guy for UNC is awful. What is his story? Why is he starting?

Forgive my stupid questions. I never watch college hoops.

I guess he is the Heels version of MKG? (not the good college MKG, but the shame corner MKG).

1st impression of Justin Jackson - he reminds me of Matt Barnes, looks, body, the way he moves, style of play. That seems like a mid to late 1st guy, not a lotto guy.

1st impression of Fox - I like this guy. I think he has "it". I'd be thrilled with him.

1st impressive of Monk - he's really small, skinny and weak looking. I don't see the McCollum comps. Lou Williams seems more his style. He'd certainly fill a need as combo guard off bench.

Don't base your entire opinion of JJ on 30 minutes

He's our defensive stopper. He spent 1/3 to 1/2 the year injured. Not much of an offensive threat.

Basically, you could see him as a potential 3D guy, with energy, maybe eventually as a starter. High floor, low ceiling.

At this point I just want to draft Frank Mason III so that maybe, just maybe, we'll have a Kemba on the floor at all times.

After watching all of the tournament I've changed my tune on Fox. I like his game. Still don't think Monk will be a big time player in the league. I'm concerned by his overall size.

Going back to Jackson: He's moved off screens all year like Rip Hamilton used to do.

Ha, fair enough. Tell me more - pros and cons. I didn't really mean Barnes as an insult. Guy has had a long productive career as borderline starter. Most teams would be happy with that production from a 10-20 pick.

I think this is the best way to look at Jackson. He's improved all 3 years at UNC. Smart player. Improved shooting. Still improving defense. He won't improve much more but he's going to be a solid rotational player.

Also can somebody tell me why I want Dillon Brooks for some reason? He has this old school NBA wing game that the modern NBA frowns upon now, short arms, and not really the quickest laterally. But his excellent body control and occasional thunder dunks on people just has me captivated, lol.

Haha fair enough. Maybe watching the game and stressing here.

He moves well off the ball. Great floater. Improved his three pt shot (~40% this year). Mid range game is solid. He tries to stay active on D but he still needs to put on muscle.

I do think his role will be a 3-D player in the league. I like him in the 13-16 range right now honestly. So if we made the playoffs with where we'd draft I'd be happy with him. He's provide scoring off the bench for us.

I just can't stand Justin Jackson. I've seen him throw up way too many chit shots out of the flow of offense over the years to like him. I'd be afraid him turning into Austin Daye in the pros.
