It wasn't just Thor hitting the weights, Mark got bigger and stronger this off-season as well.

Two-headed center rotation just missed a double double-double by one point each.

The play where he cuffed it in the air is ridiculously nice

Look at the space Rozier has in the middle of the floor on these plays because Mark's defender is reluctant to help off him whenever hes anywhere near the basket. PJ has done a good job of taking advantage of this effect going back to last season.

Only bonafide studs impact game results like this.

For all the debate over whether Brandon Miller should have been the pick at #2, Mark Williams looks to be the long term cornerstone this franchise has needed for a decade.

So goooooood.

Mark is a freak.

Also, I like how every highlight of a Hornets player is actually an Eric Collins highlight.

Strange realization.

I asked myself - 'myself, would you trade Mark for Embiid?' Myself said, 'no f'in way.' I agreed.

Is there a center outside of, say, Wemby and Jokic, that you would trade Mark for straight up (assuming salary matching wasn't a thing)? Granted, I'd be inclined to trade Mark for a 24 year old Embiid.

I love Mark, but yeah I would trade him for Embiid pretty quickly.

I say that because peak Mark we are basically hoping he is Gobert level of player. You trade that for a 29 yr old MVP talent

I like Mark a lot but for Embiid I'm packing his ass up throwing him in my car and driving him to Philly myself.

The list of bigs I'd trade Mark for is smaller than I thought it would be: Jokic, Bam, Embiid, Davis, Wembanyama, Mobley, and Jackson. For everyone else I doubt their durability or impact, they're too old, or they just don't have as high a ceiling as Mark does.
