Thank you. I've heard nothing but commentators from opponent game feeds rave about him.

But Scoot is on a run. We could've made it work either way if both paths meant cutting the umbilical chord attached to Terry Rozier.

Any interest in Cody Martin?

Scoot hasn't gotten love in rookie rankings but I think him and Miller will both be all stars or close as both players have been on a different level more recently. Miller looks better currently but guards take a little longer so the verdict is out on who ultimately will be viewed as the "better" player between him and scoot but I think people were too quick to assume Miller couldn't be a star in this league around draft day and it appears the hornets did well taking him at 3. I think being that small forwards are harder to come by miller will probably be the right pick for charlotte in the long run Although scoots solid defense, ease at getting to the rim & play making abilities make him an intruguing/rare two way player at point guard. Regardless of the ultimate verdict I think there won't be a huge drop-off either way, the top 3 in this draft looks as good as it was made out to be.

Not sure about Martin to be honest as I haven't looked much into him. Quality wings are always nice to have on a roster but portland has some good ones in Camara and jerami grant. Really to me it depends on what happens to grant as if we hold onto him we are in pretty decent shape at the 3 with Camara giving us pretty dependable wing depth

Brandon Miller is now averaging 21ppg over his last 10 games on 50-40-87(FT) shooting. That’s a level of efficiency that we’ve never had. And maybe this is just me being a fanboy, but I honestly expect Miller to hit those percentages over the course of a season eventually. This guy is so so special. He could end up being the best scorer we’ve ever had.

They are actually similar players in a lot of ways. Rice is my all time favorite too.

No one will ever be the best scorer we've had other than Glen Rice. If he was in a bigger market he damn near could've won the MVP that year.

He was so, so good. And the only thing in the way of that team was MJ. Some things never change lmao

I’m not counting the old iteration of the Hornets because

A) they played before I followed the NBA.
and
B) We are the old Hornets the same way the Browns are the old Browns. For half of my NBA following the Hornets were playing down in New Orleans.

This kid starting to get buzz from other fanbases. People really think he's the next great wing player.

Finally we drafted a true cornerstone for the franchise.

Bryce Young pick was a worthy sacrifice for the Miller pick

I just enjoy the fans of other teams hyping this dude.

Lakers fans saying Brandon Miller is the real deal after the game. This is becoming a trend even the opposing teams broadcast teams are salivating over this dude. That's when you know you have a real player moving forward.

I saw Rice play for the Hornets live probably a hundred times, including the best years. Miller could (eventually) surpass him. he's that good.

I love Melo, but I get the relief that a lot of fans are feeling now that we know the success of this franchise's future isn't only reliant on Melo's wonky ankles.
