Castle has scored 8 of the 10 points so far.

I'm telling you if this guy can develop a consistent jumpshot with his other skills he's a future allstar.

High IQ and plays defense. Do the right thing and draft Castle if he's on the board. 8-)

Bama tried leaving him wide open behind the 3pt line, daring him to shoot and he has gone 2-3 so far. Alabama looks like a team with no bigs. Clingan is shutting down the paint.

Castle with a great cut for the dunk.

Clingan with the nice pass out of the post.

Yeah im sold on Castle. He's making winning plays. His IQ is truly underrated. Look at the cuts he makes to the rim. He's not just standing in the corner. He knows his jumpshot is questionable which is why he tries to get easy baskets by cutting to the basket. His teammates find him because he's wide open. You can't teach high basketball IQ. This kid just plays smart.

Put him next to Melo/Miller and we have our glue guy on offense.

Only seen a few minutes but Klingon has not impressed.

Castle is a player though, can see the smarter Smart comparison

Regardless of the outcome, career game for Castle. He picked a time. Big night for the UConn standout and his supporters.

If karaban falls to the second round, he’d be a good 3 n d selection.

you must have seen Clingan get put on that poster by Nelson

I am kinda wondering with these UCONN guys how much they are benefiting from playing on a well coached team with a bunch of other good players.

Castle has played well overall. 2-6 from 3 so those shots at the beginning of the game were kind of fools gold from deep. 7-12 overall and 4 of the 5 misses were from 3. A lot of his other buckets have been bunnies created by the offense. It isn't like he is just blowing by guys and then beating the help defender.

Defense has been good without fouling. Easier to play good edge defense when you have a big guy in the middle.

Not just the facial he took, when he got the ball in close on offence he looked awkward as hell.

But yeah nelson is not intimidated at all, he’s scored easily inside a few times

Clingan looks like his height is 60% legs and 40% torso. Bends more at the hip than he bends his knees.

Clingan with that sequence locks down his draft stock - dunk-swat-dunk.

Should be a good one. Lots of questions.

Will Clingan be able to guard Edey 1v1? I expect ucon will have to send help.

I also expect Edey to dominate the rebounding be able to guard Clingan 1v1.

Willl Clingan be able to beat Edey down the floor for some easy transition buckets?

Can Edey get Clingan in foul trouble? Can Edey tire Clingan out with his physical play by the end of the game. Edey has been playing almost 40 min per game lately, Clingan averaged 22 min per game in the reg season and goes out for rest a lot more.

I expect all the other guys to be better for ucon, championship exp, does Purdue have anyone that can match up with Castle?

Still left just thinking Castle is too small. Love his energy and motor on the floor, but I'm concerned he's too small to make his name as a primary POA defender. Offensively I just don't see it, but I know he's only 19 and will have a long time to develop his game.

Marcus Smart was small he won DPOTY.

There's also a whole lot of smaller defenders that never make NBA rosters. Smaller wings with limited offensive skill sets have a major uphill battle. Makes me nervous to bet on that working out.

Beverly had success as poa defender and he’s even smaller.

His listed height of 6'6'' seems ok. I guess we will see what it really is when he is measured at the combine.
