I’m sure Clifford feels obligated to keep him, since he was HIS choice for a backup after Mitch continued to lay limp in his office chair.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

That is a very bold prediction. Did you see him in the preseason?

He'll play defense, so he'll at least not be a turnstile. But I think the benching of Bryce/Jr for him will make him quite unlikable.

This board loves anyone who plays defense despite how bad they are on offense. Biz, DSj, MKG were all beloved players. I don't think it will be all that bold 20 games from now.

Frank is much more MCW than any of those guys.

This guy is still on the team? He should have been cut even before he got injured

Hasn’t Ntilikina been practicing for 3 weeks? Lord. At this rate we’ll see Mark in November 2025.

Oh yes, just what we need to save our last ranked offense. French Frank to the rescue. I can't believe we've spent a roster spot on him all this time.

One day, when the franchise has won many titles, we will look back on this thread and laugh and laugh and laugh.

Hilarious! I knew Clifford the dog loved this guy. Frank is like his favorite bone…no other dog wants it, little to chew a no flavor, but Clifford will never give it up.

If Cliff was a GM, you know we'd have been rolling out MCW, Frank, Cody Martin, MKG, Dwight Howard

Nah, MKG would be in the corner of shame.

But he absolutely loves players like MCW and Frank for some reason.

I don't think he's ever swooned over a player like he does with Frank though. Gloating about his defense is one thing, but "Everything he does makes sense" is just another level of devotion. This is a guy that averages 4pts for his career on below 40% shooting.

And all while playing just like 25 minutes for us the whole season. When he gets healthy, I have little to no doubt that Nick Jr. is being benched. Or we'll never see Bryce ever again.

Either way, Frank is going to average 18+ minutes per game.

Cliff did start MKG for 5 years (for good reason), he just didn't trust him to close games over obvious superstar Marco Belinelli

I wish we had Jason Maxiell and Gary Neal. That'd solve our center problems and our PG problems.

Cliff really does love his random not-so-good veteran role players.
