So he's at least better than Thor. Had a big game against Boston too.

I admit I knew nothing about this guy. RE this highlight video against the Celtics; looks like he is running in soup, underdeveloped strength, slow steady release, typically good fundamentals from Euro training, nice blocks and stroke from 3. Yep, worth signing as a depth upgrade on the cheap.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

He’s not a real NBA player, comically weak and undeveloped, but who cares he’s 22 and he’s shown flashes; what are we supposed to do, keep playing Thor? He might turn out into something. OKC fans say he was their 3rd best player in November and December of 22, and that was only 15 months ago.

Presti swung for a HR when he selected him, but like with Tre Mann, maybe all he needs are steady minutes to boost his confidence.

Micic looks like he could've provided OKC with some impact minutes as part of their playoff rotation.

But the minutes weren't there.

I will say that if he works out, on top of Tre Mann and Micic, then Presti was giving gifts to the Charlotte Hornets for some reason.

Gotta admit - intrigued to see a few minutes of Micic, Poku, Bertrans whiz bang euro-stuff a game. The three of them on the court at the same time will be quite the scene.

I don't see why Mann can't get in on that for old time's sake.

He’s 7.5ppg career and has had some big games. He’s not going to fulfill the lottery ticket upside most likely but he’s very talented and could end up as a Naz Reid type talent.

Now, if we could just free Biz from the end of their bench we'd have an intact second unit.

You can sign players after the season starts!?

I like it. Why not take a shot? Saw some posters mention him but thought there was no way. Happy to be wrong. New owners doing something.

Can't see a reason to hate this. I'm guessing we will see him play regular minutes when we get to the final ten games when other guys start shutting down.
Your Charlotte Hornets! We’ll eventually get something right;right?

I remember heading into his draft there were people who thought he was a unicorn
He's really a 7-0 guard who makes dribbling and passing the ball look effortless. It's very rare to find a player his size and age that can dribble, play-make and see the floor like Poku.

This stuck out to me as something that never would have happened in the past, likely because MJ was saving money on a team already out of the playoffs. Just the fact that new ownership is doing things so starkly different is such boost of optimism.

Perfect signing, no risk and if he shows something we get him for cheap next year too. If he doesn't we just cut him with no cap hit next year.
