The Wolves have the worst offensive coordinator

They just move around aimlessly. Just give the ball to Ant and hope for the best. No pick and roll, no plays. Is it because Chris Finch is hurting from knee surgery? Or is does it just look so bad compared to Denver's elite offense?

Basketball don't have OC but since you spend so much time watching football, you can get confused.

That's how Minny set up their plays based on their players strengths which has worked successfully all season. They are not going to change it just since you don't like how they score Lol

So the Wolves were 16th in the league on O during the RS. They are only -2.0 relative to their RS ORTG in this series at the moment. Denver was 5th in the RS, and is at -4.5 from that against the TWolves defense.

They have a nearly-identical team eFG%, and Ant is almost at 70% TS on the series, KAT is 10/18 from 3, Naz Reid is 8/17, etc. They only have 2 guys scoring above 12 ppg. And KAT, Reid and Gobert are leaving points at the line. So I don't know how much that should be landing on the offensive coaching, per se. Conley's doing what he can, Ant is doing what he can, but they don't really have high-end playmaking and they are leaning hard on a shooting streak right now.

They were never a high-end O, leaning on Ant's individual play and their D more than anything. We'll see how the rest of the series goes, but like, I don't know that you could take a really strong offensive assistant and turn this into some kind of clockwork, precision offense. And yeah, there's Finch and his knee, right? They're staying in it, they're competing, they won the first two games and Ant has been losing his mind all over Denver's face, so...
