Brandon Ingram has been looking very good lately. In two years he will be getting to the rim at will.

Ya after a pretty rough start to the year he has really turned it around since the ASB and you can see the flashes of really high potential. Im pretty sure he is shooting like 50% from the field or something like that since the break. The dude has a pretty high two way potential.

Buddy is a damn good shooter. Other than his first month in the NBA and the month of February, he is shooting over 40%+ from deep. He's 38% 3PT overall but since December 1st, he's shooting the 3 ball at a ~43% clip. Post-all star: 62% TS // 57% TS overall.

I'm rooting for him. I like shooters and I think your FO did the right decision with the DMC deal.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Chriss with an impressive game: 19 points (7/10 FG), 13 rebounds, 2 filthy blocks. Most importantly only 1 personal foul.

I didn't realize that Bender is back. Today, so far, he has 9 points and 6 rebounds in 8 minutes.

Ingram has looked great since the All Star break. He's showing flashes of the potential everyone was talking about when he was drafted.

Here's Luwawu doing Luwawu things, cutting hard to the hoop, hitting 3s, and wiggling his way to lay-ups. Been taking more shots the last couple games and is averaging an efficient 21ppg (though he's still very rookie and only playing big minutes cuz late season).

Ulis with a career high 34 points, 9 assists, 9 rebounds, on 15-22 shooting. He's probably not going to be a future starter, but I'd be very surprised if he doesn't turn out to be a super sub for years to come.

I love Luwawu, oozes potential. Such a nice pick-up for the 76ers.

Bender's first game back from injury. 9 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in 14 minutes - very solid effort. Understandably looked gassed in the second half though.

Don't be so quick to the trigger on that one. He has just started getting playing time and he's put up some nice statlines. This one in particular is super impressive for any player, yet alone a 2nd round pick who just started getting time post all star break. Don't sleep on the little guys
Man I really like your young guys

He's going to be one of the easiest guys to root for going forward because of that deal. He's got an underdog feel to him after how shocked people were that Boogie went for so little and he's a really good scorer so he's fun to watch.

I'm so glad to see him start doing some good things. He was the guy I irrationally loved in last year's draft. I knew he was a project, but was hoping to have seen him start contributing earlier given that he was on the Sixers, but really excited to see him in the future. I was so disappointed the Celtics passed on him at the time.

Re: 2016-17 Rookie Watch thread
I LOVE Luwawu, he was the guy I wanted badly at 14 at the Bulls (even more than Zubac which I mentioned earlier in this thread).
He hasn't even flashed the extent of his athleticism yet either.
Sixers killed their picks last draft.

don't sleep on ulis
super sub?
get outta here
he's gonna be a starter for sure. nobody should be concerned about his height. people forget he was SEC player of the year AND SEC defensive player of the year in the same damn season.

yeah, why has this idea that he'll never be a starter taken such hold. ok, so he's going to cause some defensive liabilities, even if he's a nuisance and steal machine and at times he will have a bit more trouble getting a shot off, but there's plenty of elite players with equal glaring flaws.
he is clearly an elite point guard skill wise, the gap between how he runs an offense and Dunn, who went 5th, is so massive it's laughable. He looks a savy finisher and he clearly has an outside shot, he looks like he'll score better than Rubio for example, and then you have guys like lillard, thomas and harden who barely try on defense, he's certainly putting in more of a shift than them and that counts.
comparing him with Isaiah isn't helpful as despite being 5'9 Isaiah is just as much of an athletic freak as any of the high level athletes in the league, but comparing him with chris paul might be. so he's giving up 2 inches to Paul, what does Paul do that is overly reliant on athletic ability or those extra 2 inches? I could see him starting on a number of teams.

Re: 2016-17 Rookie Watch thread
Ulis should work on his 3pt shot and add muscles to be better finisher in the paint. Right now almost all his points come from mid range shots and it's not too effective scoring.

ingram will be unstoppable once he fills out his frame
hield is going to be a star, give him an offseason, and watch out
tlc is one of the best cutters in the league, always active on the offensive end, when ben simmons comes back tlc's production will go up
