Does Miami have tie breaker over the wizards? If so, I assume they rest everyone and lose to the raptors on purpose. Philly will want to beat the bucks regardless to stay at the 3 seed. Or does Philly have tie breaker over the cavs so if they beat the hawks tomorrow, they get the 3 seed?

Actually, Cavs won their division, that comes first.

Miami has tiebreaker both over Wizards and Bucks, so if they lose, they are 7th.

If all 4 happens, then it ensures the Raptors avoid Washington in the 1st rd and even bigger than that...they avoid Cavs in the 2nd rd
