Sixers a -16 vs Kentucky? That's an pretty big point spread for an NBA team. Vegas is basically saying Kentucky has no chance.

The Sixers have a -16.4 point differential.

They're basically saying the healthy Sixers (who this thread wasn't about) are farther away from the NBA than Kentucky is from the Sixers.

i think he'll turn out to be a good 3 and d player in the future but thats not the point. I think Okafor is going to be a better player than Embiid.

Shved never went to college but both would've been dominant if they had played another season or two.

Shved was lighting it up in Euroleague and VTB League before coming to the NBA, so there's no doubt he would have dominated college, just the same way as the rest of the Sixers.

Earlier in this thread, I voted "no." After watching Kentucky play 2 games, I have a different take.

The April 2015 version of this Kentucky team would give the early-November 2014 76ers a good fight, and might win 2 out of 10. I didn't realize that this Kentucky teams is, legitimately, 10 guys deep. A great college starting lineup could probably hang around against an NBA team, but the reserves would get slaughtered. I don't think that would happen with this Kentucky team. And they have the size to matchup, obviously.
