I guess if there's one bit of silver lining for the Knicks is that it gives OG a few extra days to possibly come back in time for the Celtics series if the Knicks can take game 7. It's just a shame that the guy is the slowest healer in the league.

Excited to watch, team is def coming away with a lot of playoff experience in a year I just thought making the playoffs was a success.

sucks that injuries derailed this season for the Knicks. I feel like had they been fully healthy they would have pushed the Celtics to 7 games since they always seem to play them tough. But with this series being prolonged they'll be gassed making it that much easier for the Celtics.

Nah, Knicks with their full squad including Randle would've def been dangerous against the Celtics, especially if Porzingis was still out in this scenario. Knicks matchup well defensively against the Celtics.

Then you factor in Bojan and Mitch.. Bojan was killing it in the playoffs as a certified bucket before he went down.

Yeah I just don't buy that at all. Boston is significantly better, more talented and more experienced

There plenty of things that are playoff specific. Crowds, refs, pressure and the effort players put in are different in the playoffs. All of that is good to experience for a young team going forward.

Doubt it, but they did say he could've been back for ECF, and the ECF could have started on Sunday had there not been Game 7s.. so maybe.. but I doubt it.

And I don’t buy the Celtics would have steamed rolled a healthy Knicks team. You guys lost 2 bad home games already this post season. That means those games you guys lost complete focus. I’m not saying the Celtics don’t win that hypothetical matchup. But that series would have hypothetically gone to either 6 or 7 hard fought games. Knicks are the one team in the league that goes balls to the wall (to their detriment at times) the majority of the time.
