Healthy Yao is a better offensive player and defensive player.

Duncan can do everything Gasol does plus he is a better team defender.

Dirk's advantage in scoring far outweigh's the relatively minor differences in defense and passing especially considering offense is the primary consideration when comparing stars

Amare, I don't know how people argue is better than Gasol. AMare makes no effort at all defensively and is one of the biggest underachieving rebounders in NBA history especially in big games. NOt to mention he cannot create for himself offensively nearly as much as Gasol

Gasol is the most skilled big man in the NBA. If Dwight Howard had Gasol's skill he'd be a top 5 Center of all-time .

Dirk always got the better of Gasol in match ups and will continue to do so as long as he plays. Dirk blows him away it's not even close look at the games were they play each other and it is obvious. You have to be a blind homer to suggest otherwise.

Sweet cherry picking of your stats bro. I can do that too. Against the Celtics Howard averaged 21.8 ppg on 56.8 fg%, 10.8 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Howard is just as effective offensively and brings it to a whole different level on defense.

Gasol is the most underrated player in the league. People only see his weakness, when his qualities are outstanding. Guy has triple double potential playing at center being a power forward.....Sounds hilarious. He's playing 40 minutes against all the Celtics frontcourt. Props to Gasol.
