it's probably a trap for people to buy the game, 2k has gotten worse every year since 2k8

The overall game play has improved. But, both 2k9 and 2k10 looked like they were released way too early. Too many glitches and the worst online experience.

The online team-up mode has so much potential. Too many glitchers and the game would never start 90% of the time.

EA Sports dropped the ball on this one....IT'S TEMPTING BUT, I'm a NBA LIVE Loyalist from waaay back. Never bought into the 2K series...more habit than anything.

So you are a fanboy homer then ? Some of those NBA Live games were purtid and unrealistic.

I still like to play Live, but usually as a rental. Getting quadruple doubles with my favorite player gets old real quick.

I'm glad that they're looking at getting some of his old teammates as well.

I always thought it would be a great addition to the game if they added teams like the 96 Bulls, 86 Celtics, 85 and 72 Lakers, 67 and 83 76ers etc etc...

Even teams that didn't win would be fun as well like the 93 Suns, 96 Sonics...

I liked it aside from that. I really like how if you hook it up online, it updates the team rosters. I do hate, however, how if you're on offense, you get a lot of charge calls when you try to drive. The CPU defender is always solid, even if it's someone who in real life is subpar.
