If your ankles are strapped that tightly around your foot as they say, and with that protruding bulge to prevent a roll, be prepared for some torn ligaments in your knees.

People who don’t specialize or study biomechanics extensively should not invent, design, promote shoes. All basketball shoes are terrible for your feet.

This. You can say a shoe will help you do such and such all you want, but if it isnt name brand, it isnt going to sell. I have yet to see anyone with a pair of those shoes that guarantee to increase your vert while wearing them.
