I see VC scoring 26 and Ryan Anderson racking up 19/6 on their former team. Dwight should have it a little tough w/ Lopez on th inside, but I still see him finishing the game with a double-double. Miami should have their way w/ the nets back court pretty handily, though Lopez may beast for 26/10. Prediction, nets unfortunately never had a chance.

As a Nets fan 2-2 is going to be 2-4 real quick. We have a good young squad but are still learning to play together and can not match the firepower of either team.

I'm just happy with the progress so far.

I know the OP intended this as a joke and a Florida superiority thread (way to make Magic fans look like a-holes on the GB, and likely attract the Heat-haters for no real reason), but in all honesty, why couldn't they win one? Contenders lose to bottom feeders semi-regularly. It only takes them getting distracted, having an off night, not taking the opponent seriously, and then the lottery team picks up the W.

As inferior as the Nets are on paper when compared to the Magic and Heat, games aren't won on paper, they're won on the court, and lottery-bound or not, the Nets still have a squad of NBA players last time I checked.

Knowing it's pretty common knowledge that Orlando and Miami are contenders in the East, I just wanted to have a little Friday fun referring to FL as "The Gauntlet", and also truly wanted to gage where people stand on NJ's chances of stealing a win here on the road.
