this is a little OT but does anyone else feel that Chris Bosh should've went to Chicago. As a raptor fan I knew our team was going nowhere with Bosh as long as we had bargnani (you can't have two finesse big men starting on the same team) so I really wanted him to go to a team where he would find success. Honestly chicago was the best fit for a guy like bosh. Honestly a lineup of Rose, Brewer, Deng, Bosh, and Noah would've been at the very least a deep playoff team with bosh being the 1st or 2nd option. Instead he pansies out and goes to Miami to be the lap dog to bron and wade, a team that has no other legit big man that can mask his deficiencies on the defensive end. So what happens? He gets exposed on the defensive end while picking the scraps from bron and wade on the offensive end. Way to go Bosh!

Which makes threads like this mind-numbingly (Please Use More Appropriate Word). -- It's like saying a dog can only bark but not meow.

The fact of the matter is, Bosh will never live up to his contract.

How many players can you even say actually do? :dontknow:

LeBron, Wade, Udonis Haslem, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Eddie House, James Jones, even Jerry Stackhouse and Mario Chalmers, basically everybody on the Heat roster will or is living up to his contract except...

The Bosh hate needs to be put to a halt.

those years in Toronto didn't tell you guys anything?

He always had one of the best APM's on the team despite playing huge minutes next to such well-known defensive liabilities as:

Jose Calderon, Hedo TUrkoglu, Andrea Bargnani (all 3 in the starting lineup last season), Anthony Parker (after 06/07).

The only year he had proper roster balance and decent defenders in the starting lineup with him, the Raptors won 47 games and were 13th in defensive efficiency in the league.

In that year, here were his fellow starters:

TJ Ford
Anthony Parker (his only decent defensive year)
Garbajosa
Rasho Nesterovic

Ok, so what's the excuse for him now? He's playing with two guys who were on the first and second all-defence teams for the past two seasons.

I don't think this thread is (Please Use More Appropriate Word), only the people defending bosh now. And don't even act like every Heat fan knew their frontcourt was going to suck so bad.

They should have made Bosh buy a ticket to watch Rondo's dunk. Bosh had the best seat in the house.

Everyone knew Bosh's deficiency on defense would show a plenty with the lack of a true C here in Miami. What's new about that?

Nothing has changed. Bosh's overall D is still suspect and Miami's C rotation w/Joel Anthony has never and is currently not cutting it.

Still a known deficiency going in and currently standing.
