No. If you give him the average increase from shoes, he's 6'9.75" in shoes, and thus just shy of 6'10. He's 6'8.5" without shoes.

He's 6'9, always has been. It's actually true, unlike Durant who's been trying to get people to believe that he's only 6'9 for years.
