This is ~60 spots higher than Ali on a list of greatest sports photos of all time?

And soccer gets almost nothing, cricket/F1/Nascar/WRC get nothing?

that pic is horrible! That poor fish inside the bigger Fishes mouth....

(coming from a guy who passes by herds of cattle around CT and ponders which one tastes the best)

do you realize are just SI photos, taken by SI photographers and probably only those made with a Canon are considered? appart from being a subjetive stupid list

Edit: ok, i just read this: "Our editors looked at the thousands of photographs that have appeared in Sports Illustrated and elsewhere over the years and came up with their choices for the 100 Greatest Sports Photos of All Time." so yes, awfull list

The last shot or seconds between the USA and USSR Russia in that controversial game in 1972. No one got a shot of that?

The USA Olympic Hockey teams Gold Medal win and celebrations. Those are two top ones.

LOL yep....love the guy. Balls to the walls style of play. Truly an NBA original. The black Pete Rose of basketball with a dark twist on this play...

Definitely.

That's probably my favorite picture, period. I have no idea how many times it's been my Facebook profile pic.

But there's no picture that captures passion for the sport and all of the desire/drive more than that one.

May not be as iconic but find that photo one of the coolest at least in basketball history and captures the photographer's ability to snap at the exact moment it happened.
