Solid game from Lillard 10 points, 8 assists. Recognized that other players were hot and didn't force the issue, just passed it off.

Though he did miss 2 or 3 wide open practice shots but that happens...

Once Skiles quit Henson became the first big off the bench...

Boylan's not the brightest coach (in fact Bulls fans remember him as a tank commander) but his lineups make far more sense than the jokes Skiles ran out (starting the corpse of Marquis Daniels for one).

Glad to see him finally getting some time out there.

He wasn't physically mature when he came to the league so he was pushed around quite often, and needed to figure out how to be effective on offense.

Sucks that Leonard was injured last night, I was looking forward to seeing him. Any Blazers' fans want to chime in on Portland's other rookie?

He's actually been out with an ankle injure at least a week maybe 2 by now.

He is very much a raw work in progress player right now. Has great athleticism and mobility for a big. He has already thrown down a ton of highlight dunks and is starting to show a decent 15ft jumper. No real post moves at this point.

Defensively I've been disappointing so far, again I think thats will improve as time goes on. He guys body around by more experienced players and hasn't shown very good defensive rebound instincts.

I'm pretty happy with him as a player so far but I'm not expecting much from him this season.

Yeah, I love Lillard's ability to know when best to be a facilitator or to be a scorer. If his shot isn't on, he starts looking for whoever's hot and get them the ball. Great instincts by the rook. I'm glad he doesn't have the mentality of a Westbrook who'll just do nothing but look for his own shot even when it's not his night shooting.

Ummm.... Not much to say really. He's been injured for a couple weeks now and the Blazers haven't skipped a beat, so that kind of tells you what sort of impact he was having. He's going to be out a few more weeks from what we've heard, so it'll take awhile until he's back on the floor.

He's crazy athletic, runs the floor great, competent at catching lobs and has a surprisingly good jumpshot and free throw technique for a legit 7 footer. That said, he's still INSANELY raw. He gets boxed out for rebounds way too easily, generally not in good defensive position down low and makes typical rookie mistakes. He's the definition of a project player.

Drummond almost got a lob off the backboard in the final seconds. But just missed it...

Chunky V threw it off a little to hard, Andre had to reach back so far to hold onto it, almost put it down though.

Even just physically I wonder what he’ll look like in say 4 years.
