Changes for irritating rules and the Walker line

I just read the "let's raise the rim 6 inches" proposal and hated it but I hate 2 things in basketball nowadays, those are the first two, and then I was thinking what could be done to make the game more interesting and I thought about the 3rd one lol.

1) don't fine the floppers off the floor. Fine them on the floor, give them a technical or a personal foul when they flop. Because 5.000$ fines didn't even have an effect on the flops. Let's see if the players still flop if you do give them technical for it. So 2 flops and you are out BAM!! if that's too harsh then a personal foul will suffice.
2) how many times did you witness a big getting into foul trouble because of illegal screens? I think there are too many examples and it makes the starter bigs sit down for extended periods of time... We should not penalize the bigs for illegal screens, because most of the time the guard with the ball moves before his teammate big is set, which causes the offensive foul. Just give the big a turnover unless you are sure that his intention was to hurt the defender.
3) and as a different approach, thanks to Mr. Walker, create a 4 point shot by adding 2 feet to the 3point line maybe to make the game more interesting

Also have the NBA outdoors, on Assfault, with pets allowed in the Stands. NBA will make a ton of money because how big is outdoors? It can hold millions!! Oh yeah, also figure out a way to have like five courts interlaced for maximum action.

that 3rd suggestion was just out of boredom, but the Tony Allen flop last night proved that there should be some kind of penalty on the floor for flopping... damn. if Tony Allen knew that he'd get a technical, would he have done that? I don't think so.

That will just be fodder for the game-rigging conspiracy theorists. It also gives the refs WAY WAY WAY too much power. "Oh, I think you just flopped, EJECTION!" - Joey Crawford.

Refs do a bad enough job reffing already, no need to give them added ways to screw up the game.

For a long time I have said that any shot from beyond half-court should be worth 4 points. It would add an extra element to those end-of-quarter heaves, and give one little desperation option to a team down 4 with like 10 seconds left - launch up a 4 pointer, hope it goes, try to rebound if it doesn't.

Keep in mind, you could only ever take this shots before brining the ball across half-court, so it would probably only be used really in the end-of-quarter situations, or end-of-quarter 2-for-1 attempts.

On the last Euroleague final, referees were giving technicals to any player who flopped, and I couldn't agree more with that. So, definitely YES at your first point.

I'm not sure about the second point, so I won't speak my mind yet.
