If Spurs Win Championship...Who's Their Finals MVP?

Post#1 » by TripleMKE » Mon Jun 10, 2013 9:26 pm

A friend asked me this, and I found it more difficult than I thought it would be.

I know a big part of this question depends on the rest of the games...but who do you think will be the mvp?

Edit: Changed the poll, switched Duncan for Green since 6 days later, Danny green turned to Michael Jordan. Vote again everybody, interested to see who you think is the Finals MVP 5 games in.

Mario Chalmers wins ala Jerry West to be the second player to win the finals MVP on a losing team 8-)

Parker, it's hilarious that Duncan played as bad as he did in Game 2 and no one gives a ****. He is probably the least criticized all-time great.

He gets a pass because guy is old as hell. It's remarkable he can play at the level he does.

He's won 4 titles already and is one of the most successful athletes of all-time.

Just the fact that hes playing at 37 is impressive as it is, let alone at this level.

Parker. These are media voted awards and for the most part are predetermined imo. Heat win = Lebron. Spurs win = Parker.

Unless some player goes completely crazy and makes it hard to vote against him.

One would have to... wait for it...

... see how they played in order to answer this. It's impossible to answer this without performance.

If the Spurs win the title, it would HAVE to be because of Parker's play. If Duncan is their MVP, the Heat will be holding the trophy.

Duncan isn't even in the running. It's Parker or Green.
