I'd have to imagine if Rondo was really up for grabs any number of teams would be able to offer more than the Knicks.

I cant see NYK being able to offer enough. Maybe if they can take on Lee and Bass. Plus of course multiple picka?

This is a Twitter report. I think I would wait for something just a little bit more concrete before I got excited about this.

When Woj says something about this, is when I'll believe it.

What assets does NY have right now?

This would be the topping on top of what would already be a fantastic rivalry.

Kidd leaves Knicks to coach Nets.
KG and Melo beef from last year.
Nets still trying to prove they're top team in ny area.

However I don't know what Knicks could even hope to offer for Rondo since his value is much higher than KG and Pierce's.

How long are Lee and Bass's contracts? We're in cap hell for the next two years anyway so I don't think taking those two will be an issue, not to mention Bass can be really productive.

Probably has to be a 3 team deal where the Knicks give Chandler to a 3rd team that sends assets to Boston.

If Celtics in talks with Rockets, I bet its for Rondo+someone trading for Lin+Osik...Something along those lines.

Sources say Rondo possibly not staying with Celtics.

But to be serious, what could NY give up? I thought Boston wants to tank, not sure if they'd take a big contract, they already did with Wallace (well soon). They probably would want Iman, Chandler.

Why? Every team the celtics played would be held to 0 points. Come to think of it, the universe could explode if he paired up with bradley. I agree pass.
