He should be ahead of Butler, Waiters, Evans, and Oladipo at the very least.

We had a multiple page thread on this topic. It's a really bad list.

No Mamba, Derozan, or Beal. Tight.
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

It's actually a different bad list. Somehow ESPN is able to generate an endless array of bad lists no matter the methodology.

Isn't this based on WARP by Bradford Doolittle?

SG is currently the hardest position to list properly so I respect almost all opinions. Not stupid ones like this list, though. My own list would go like this:

1. James Harden
2. Dwyane Wade
3. Kobe Bryant
4. Monta Ellis
5. DeMar DeRozan
6. Klay Thompson
7. Joe Johnson
8. Gordon Hayward
9. Arron Afflalo
10. Lance Stephenson

Crawford, Beal, Evans and Matthews follow these 10.

It voices my displeasure better than anything I could post.

Who knows why at this point and who cares. This list shouldn't have even been posted to begin with. It's literally the most ridiculous thing I have seen in a while.

I'd put the real top 10 as something like (In no particular order):

1. Harden
2. Wade
3. Kobe
4. Beal
5. Derozan
6. Ellis
7. Klay
8. Stephenson
9. Matthews
10. Johnson
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

Meh, doesn't ESPN have some stat formula to rank players?

Yup. I don't think the outraged understand that.
