But..you have Nets' logo? Dahell

I'd like to say Kobe -- but he no. I think it's Nash because no-one really expects anything from him. Kobe is kinda expected to get 22-5-5 on decent percentages. Nash is total afterthought since there are Lin and also Clarkson on whom I very high on.

I like the look of all black logos so I threw em up there but Im raptors reppin

Don't hold your breath.

Hey, I hope he does. I was a young McGee fan but the kid wasted his talent so far.

McGee was a nice net positive season since he has been in Denver, and was showing some nice growth prior to breaking his leg at the end of camp last year, so while he was still overpaid I would not say he was wasting his talent at all.

As a Bulls fan this one is a no brainer.

"Drain duo" sensation Doug Mcderrmott has the most to prove. Eduardo has hyped this guy so much I expect nothing short of Larry Legend status. Oh... and Derrick Rose should have stuff to prove coming back from injury and all.

According to your logic, Tim Duncan doesn't deserve any respect.

I said he has wasted his talent so far.

That would include more then some small spurt of good play he had for DEN.

Come on now. Dude is making 10M and he was coming off the bench.

He should have been a long term starter for the Wizards. He has wasted his talent so far. Mostly because of whats between his ears. Or lack there of.

Do you think it is possible that you are overrating his talent? Does not mental ability and mindset have as much to do with talent as anything? Another thing is that asthma affects people different at altitude than it does at sea level, due to his asthma he is never going to play much more than 25 mpg in Denver. Also a handful of minutes is not 1900 minutes, that is in fact a solid contributor, so as I said he is overpaid but he was productive, now he has to prove he is worth the contract that the Nuggets have given him.

DeAndre Jordan for the Clippers. It's his contract year and he's going to need to show that he can be a legit DPOY type over the course of the year to warrant the near max deal that he'll probably want. He has the benefit of being completely injury free the last few years which is great for a big and a significant consideration going into his contract though.

Faried usually plays like he has the most to prove.

But the player who really has the most to prove is McGee. There are no more excuses this year.

John Wall really struggled in his first post season so i am looking for much improvement once we get back in the playoffs.

Denver Nuggets - Kenneth Faried. Number one is obviously the contract year. If he wants to command the $ he feels he's worth, he needs to play this season like the second half of last season with nothing short of 18-10 with better post defense. It'll be tough for him to make the All-Star team with all the frontcourt talent out West, but that'd be icing on the cake. He has improved every year & this will prove if Denver wants to build around him & T-Law for the future.

raptors has to be Derozan and Valanciunas.

Derozan stats went up last season but not efficiency. had great third quarters but didn't show up in the fourth. he needs to prove that he can be a franchise player.

Valanciunas has to be consistently productive. more defense without foul trouble.

Ross has the least pressure. just contribute more, doesn't have to prove franchise player value like the other three.

Jimmy Butler of the Bulls for me. He’s up for a contract extension. So, if Thibs is going to play him 35-40+ min at SG, he’s got to show some offensive efficiency on a more regular basis; e.g. up the 3pt FG% or draw more fouls attacking the basket. Last year he was a 3 and D guy without the 3. The more obvious choice Rose only needs to stay healthy and that, to me, is mostly out of his control. If he's healthy, he'll be back to being one of the best players in the league, in time.
TGibson (1/28/17); "..."a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 for drama"...What's the worst? "...yelling matches with Thibs, everybody is just going crazy and I'm just sitting there...like, 'Don't call my name please..."

For the Hornets, it's MKG for me. He has all the tools to be a really good two way player, but he has to find his confidence and consistently produce on the offensive side of the ball. Whether he does or not will largely determine how good we are this year.

Kawhi Leonard by far. Now that he has a FMP on his resume, people are going to be expecting a lot from him. It's time to hush the critics and prove that he is more than the product of a system

Tobias Harris and Nik Vucevic. They, along with Oladipo, have been handed the keys to the team this season. Both are entering their 4th seasons and up for extensions or new deals next off-season. They'll both be big parts of the team this season and this is an important year in terms of establishing themselves as cornerstones in the league.
