Monday NOV 24th GT - Feature game - RAPS vs SUNS

Not a lot to be excited about tonight. We have the potential for a lot of really one-sided contests and maybe a few good ones. Raps/Suns by far the most compelling of the evening.

LAC @ CHA
ORL @ CLE
POR @ PHI
PHX @ RAPS
NYK @ HOU
IND @ DAL
CHI @ UTA

PREDICTIONS?

CLIPPERS by a large margin. The hornets can't score. Clips will overwhelm them.

ORLNDO will slip past the Cavs. I think they can do it. Cleveland may come out with a lot of urgency, but I think the Magic are playing with loads more heart.

PORTLAND. This doesn't warrant an explanation.

Excuse the obvious bias, but RAPS (possibly in 4). Phoenix gave our boys problems last year, but this year we're deeper and more experienced. I also think the raps can crush them inside.

HOUSTON shouldn't have a problem rolling over the NYK. This is one of those games that has the potential to get ugly. Fast.

DALLAS with the decisive W over Indy.

UTAH wins by default. Bulls are too hobbled to compete ATM.

Theres no need to be sorry, Raps v Suns looks like the only competitive matchup by far today.

Calderon is no difference maker. As much as I love Jose, he's always been, and always will be a liability unless paired with players who can pick up his defensive slack.

The Knicks possess no such players.

The key to the TOR / PHX game is making sure Gerald Green doesn't go off, if only because he is the most frustrating player to watch when he is torching your team.

Wow, such a great matchup between ours and PHX Back Court, it's uncanny really

Lowry/DD/Lou vs Dragic/Bledsoe/IT

Imo Lowry's been clearly ahead of all of them this season, but Bledsoe is a feisty player so I love that matchup (Guess he'll be on DD though)

Lou vs IT as the super subs off the bench will be fun, 1/2 leading contenders for 6moty so far.

LAC - Well, CHA can't handle the offensive onslaught of the Clippers, try as they may.
CLE - Will not lose to ORL in their own house. James' leadership and play being questioned, the whole team being questioned, they might blow ORL out in response. ORL is pretty good on the fastbreak though and inside scoring...We'll see which CLE team shows up tonight. ORL always has heart.
POR - :lol:

RAPS - that's a tough one...Gonna go with Raps. Homecourt.
HOU - another tough one. Ariza ought to keep Melo busy. P. Bev on Caledron. Who's stopping D12? Dalembert?...so HOU wins at home.
DAL - Too much offense to contain without Paul George in the lineup for Indy.
UTA - If Rose & Pau are out, UTA wins at home...

Don‘t be sleeping on Mo Speights, he won‘t maintain it but deserves to be in the early 6moty discussion. Averaging 12 points 4 boards in 14 mins on 63% shooting. Mo been carrying.

Chris Kaman has been good too for Portland.

Idk though you rarely see a big man get the award though, it always goes to a ball dominant player.

As a side note how does Manu only have 1 6MOTY? Crawford has more.

Both the Raptors and Suns are coming into tonight's matchup on 4 game winning streaks. Something has to give.
