OJ is garbage. doesn't even deserve to be mentioned on forums anymore

James Harden vs Russell Westbrook is a good debate. crazy to think if they was no salary cap in basketball

Kevin Durant
James Harden
Russell Westbrook

all would be on the same team. all arguably the best in their position .
OJ Mayo , Michael Jordan , Allen Iverson.

So which shooting guard in the NBA do you replace him with on the Thunder, that make them more dangerous? The answer. No one.

BBgun wrote:He actually had his best season last year (per 36 and efficiency wise) and that was during a span where he had 3 knee procedures. Now he's fully healthy and hes entering his prime so I don't think it's that surprising he's made the leap from allstar to MVP candidate. I don't think it's just the improved shooting either. He just looks the best he ever has all around. Hes been unstoppable this year.

Wesbrook also looks significantly taller than other 6'3 guards like Curry, Irving, Damian , Rose

has anyone else noticed this ?

Hustle Swagbrook lol. Nice one. Has staying power as a nickname for Russell.

Yeah, Westbrook had 50/50 chance of going to the free throw line or atleast getting to the rim with a much higher chance of drawing the game... instead goes for a winner with 4-5 seconds to go.. just too many brain farts here and there.

You take the good with the bad with Westbrook but this offense needs Durant to take the pressure off everyone including Westbrook.

Terrible coaching to have Jackson/Jones in there clogging up space. Morrow has to be in the game with Durant out.

WB was driving against Davis, Asik and their guards.

To me ( and I think most ) , Russell Westbrook was never in the same ballpark as MVP Derrick Rose , in any point of his career.

This season he has made it to a debate on who is better.

You're wrong.

Then he's not a top PG.

Which top 10 PG in the NBA gives his team "good and bad?" Usually good players give you good or reasonable.

Westbrook has that sort of ability to his game that reminds me of a younger Wade. He is explosive and can sometimes just dominate games completely.

Stylistically they are somewhat different but in overall impact that's what I'm seeing (last years playoffs and this season RS).

I hope it continues, I'd like to see him and KD win a ring.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

I don't mind the bloke these days but far out, he's the only one who took a shot for okc in the last four mins...he sunk his first and missed the next 6 or something.

Bloke made Ginobli look good today.

I'm all for taking on the game but some of his shots lol

Well the last Game was sadly typical for him. Dumb mistakes at the end and does continue to shoot while he keeps missing.

Westbrook has a wide range. From Amazing to really bad its all possible with him.

Every Player makes mistakes. But he seems prone to make mistakes with the Game on the line. Maybe its just bad luck but i seen him giving away games more then any Star should.

I've always considered Westbrook better than Rose TBH. The numbers bear that out, too.
