Can't believe it took this long. This guy has been awful with an awful attitude and no sort of positive relationship with any of his players. Everyone regressed under him, nothing was executed well, the philosophy didn't mesh with the roster. Shaw was a joke with the media and regularly threw his players under the bus. If you're openly talking about reading a book for "connecting with millennials" and talking about canceling shootaround because players party too late - you should be fired on the spot. He clashed with everyone - regardless of age.

If they had done this earlier they might really be fighting for the 8th seed now. Brian Shaw was such a disappointment after all those glowing endorsements from Phil Jackson and Frank Vogel.
