This is why having fixed TV schedules is a joke. They should be month to month at most, and then more flexible in the final month of the season. The last day of the season should be a game day decision.

Spurs only finish 6th if Memphis beats Indiana tonight. If Indiana wins, then Memphis finishes 6th and Spurs play Portland with home court.

I say Spurs dig too big a hole in early season, including that rodeo trip wasn't great either. Consider the early season injury, still missing Splitter, I wouldn't be so hard. Still plenty of time. Memphis got tough game at home too.

I have confidence Spurs/Rockets neither will drop to 6. We ll see.

Agreed. We've been on the wrong side of that a few times.

They will claw their way back. The Pelicans are shooting 61% from the field in the 1st half. They won't keep that up. The Spurs trimmed it to 16 at the half. Get it to single digits going into the 4th and it's anybody's game.

Coach Pop is great with adjustments. He could show his team the box score of the Hou-Utah game and motivate his team. I have a feeling the game is going to be close in the end.
