Jason Collins.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.

T.R. Dunn was a very good defender and an underrated rebounder. He played the lion's share of his career on some whacky Denver teams with guys like an old Dan Issel at C or Kiki Vandeweghe at PF. Indubitably, their pace was often the highest in the league.
Despite these factors, he averaged about 5 points per game. Boy, was he offensively inept.

He wasnt even that great of the defender, just a fouling machine. Guy was just good at boxing out and setting screens. No skill, he really need to thank Shaq and prime Dwight, they were the main reason Collins stuck around that long, teams wanted that big body to throw at that particular match up.

Haven't watched Birdman in a couple of years but when he was with Denver his primary role was offensive garbageman. Clean up the bad shots and put them back. He was never all that great of a man defender either; 1 out of 2 times he'd fall for upfakes.

I hold my breath every time Rudy Gobert tries to do anything on the offensive end that isn't a dunk.

Dante Exum, at this point of his career, is also pretty much only good for his speed and length.

Actually I remember him hitting some 3s but I doubt he did it on a high percentage though.

Tony Allen was scoring in Dec 06 and Jan 07; before injuring his knee on a dunk attempt on a dead play. He's not the same after that.

Had him on my fantasy team at that time.

Chuck Hayes, Joel Anthony, Andre Roberson and Kendrick Perkins are a few that come to mind in the current NBA.

Before Tony Allen, there was a beast named Ben Wallace.

Mutombo was the lead scorer on his team as a rookie. Like Rodman, he started out having more offensive focus, but ended up not caring too much about offense in favor of defense.
